Let the Planning Begin
*During this phase we will learn more about your overall dream vision for your event and curate the design.
-Venue selection (Venue scouting and tours)
-Discuss wish list in comparison to budget
-Determine invitation style and construct to correlate with selected theme or color scheme
-Discuss floral, cake design, table decor and visuals, overall design aethetics, rentals, lighting and more.

NOw it is time to kick the planning process in full gear with creative direction!
The Blueprint
During this phase of the planning process, you will receive your constructed design folder. The design folder can also be prepared digitally as well. This folder will house all the constructed visions, including mood boards, vendor contracts and selecction breakdown. This will allow the client all of the information at their disposal. I am a firm believer in having a hard copy.

During this phase of planning, which is typically 1 month prior to the wedding. Our team will construct a very detailed timeline. This will ensure smooth transition throughout the wedding day. For example, photography, coordination of events during wedding, cake cutting, first dance etc. This timeline will be reviewed thoroughly with the client to make any final provisions.
The BIg day
This is the ultimate package for the couple who recognizes the overwhelming responsibility and stressors that are accompanied with the wedding planning process. You and your groom desire to have all of the details professionally managed from start to finish. This couple has a vision for their wedding, but truly does not have the time or resources to plan and coordinate their big day independently.
This planning package starts day 1 of signing contract.
We start constructing your dream day immediately.
A detailed proposal will be sent to the client after inquiry for more information of full-planning services.

Full Planning Package
Your Investment
This package is for the couple who have their
plans organized but require assistance in executing. Our team will
assist with the design and coordination based upon your current vision. You will also receive assistance with constructing your vendor team and provide insight with venue selection. This will include site visits and tours. Our team will confirm your vendors and ensure
all last minute details are executed.
This planning package will start 30-60 days
prior to your wedding day. It will include access to our vendor list as needed
and a detailed timeline that accounts for all wedding day details. We will
finalize all vendors and venue requirements (contracts, etc.) We will also
assist with any additional provisions as needed.
Partial Planning Package
This package is for the couple who have their plans in place, but need assistance on the coordination and execution of their big day. You are seeking someone to finalize all your details and make your
big day seamless.
This planning package starts 30 days prior to
your wedding day. It includes set-up and breakdown with a detailed timeline that will organize all the
plans and details for the wedding day.
